1. Who we are
These Terms apply to purchases from the Lacey & Brooks online store, operated by MBX Digital, a sole proprietorship registered in the Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce (KvK): 42067045. 2. Agreement
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies they refer to: our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy.
3. Products
We try to show our products as accurately as possible. Colors and details may vary slightly depending on your screen.
4. Prices
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). The price that applies is the price shown when you place your order. Any applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. US import duties and fees are included in our prices.
5. Orders
Your order is confirmed once payment is confirmed. We may cancel an order if we suspect fraud or if a product was listed with an obvious error. If you need to change or cancel your order, email support@laceyandbrooks.com as soon as possible. We can't guarantee changes once an order is being processed.
6. Payment
Pay securely in USD at checkout. The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout and may include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal. Payments are processed through Shopify's secure, encrypted checkout, and we don't store your full card details.
7. Quantity discounts
When you buy several eligible items, an automatic discount is applied in your cart: 10% off 2 items, 15% off 3 items, 20% off 4 items and 25% off 5 or more items. Quantity discounts can't be combined with other discount codes, except shipping discounts. We may change or end these discounts at any time; this doesn't affect orders already placed.
8. Shipping and returns
Shipping is free on every order to a US address; see our Shipping Policy. You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order; see our Returns & Refunds Policy.
9. Intellectual property
The Lacey & Brooks name, logo and texts on this store belong to MBX Digital. Some product images come from our suppliers and remain their property. You may not copy or use our content without written permission.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of the state where you live.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. The version shown when you place your order applies to that order.
