Where we ship

Lacey & Brooks ships to addresses in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. The delivery options available for your address are shown at checkout.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on every order to a US address.

Duties and import taxes

All US import duties and fees are included in our prices. You won't be charged anything extra on delivery.

Order tracking

When a tracking number is available, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.

Changing your delivery address

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you need to change it, email support@laceyandbrooks.com as soon as possible with your order number. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we may be able to update the address.

Damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged, email support@laceyandbrooks.com as soon as possible with photos of the item and the packaging, and we'll work with you to sort it out.

Orders that haven't arrived

If your order hasn't arrived when expected, email support@laceyandbrooks.com and we'll look into it with the carrier.
